Our Recent Updates on COVID 19 - May 9th, 2020
Good morning all. Here is a communications update as to our current status. We hope everyone out there is continuing to be safe and well during these trying times.
-We are continuing to follow local and county health department orders and guidelines for remaining safe with face to face interactions. At this current time, all in person services continue to be under suspension until we can further evaluate the risk in regards to COVID-19. Remote service work continues to be our primary means of support.
Our top priority is ensuring your health and safety, as well as our own, while providing quality customer support. We will continue to monitor this as it develops, but we do not want to retroactively rush the decision and have something pop up later down the line that forces us to change our operational planning overnight. If a service call is determined to require face to face interaction, we will work with the customer on a case by case basis.
-Our partnership with Meade's PC Repair Shop, Inc continues during this time to ensure customer service and additional support to our team when needed.
-We currently have a website build online and available for a greater online presence. The website link is blindcomputersupportservices.com and is accessible via desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. A direct link to our remote service portal is also available should you need remote support.
